Booking, Payment and Cancellations
This policy applies to all clubs, classes, workshops, and lessons run by:
Drama Club Salisbury, Make and Create Salisbury, and Make Create Perform and Grow Salisbury

1. Booking a Place
All participants must be booked in advance to attend any club, class, or workshop.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Completing the registration form and providing payment confirms your child’s place.
We are unable to reserve spaces without payment.

2. Payment Terms
After-school club payments must be made in advance, either termly or half-termly.
A discount is applied when paying in full for a term.
Sibling discount of 10% is available and must be requested at the time of booking.
We accept payment via:
- Bank transfer (BACS)
- PayPal
- Cash (where agreed)
Childcare vouchers, currently accepted providers:
- Edenred: P21364926
- Kiddivouchers
- HMRC (Tax-Free Childcare) – search for Drama Club
- Salisbury, address: Idmiston Parish Memorial Hall
We are happy to register with other providers on request.
If payment is not received by the due date, the place may be offered to another child.

3. Cancellations by the Organiser
In the event that a session, workshop, or lesson is cancelled by the organiser (e.g.,
due to staff illness, low enrolment, venue issues, or severe weather):
- We will notify all families as soon as possible via email, text, or WhatsApp.
- Where possible, an alternative session will be offered.
- If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund or credit will be issued.

4. Cancellations by Families / Missed Sessions
- We are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal commitments.
- If sufficient notice is given and the place can be filled, a credit may be offered at our discretion.
-No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows or late cancellations.

5. Repeated Absence or Non-Payment
Ongoing non-attendance or failure to pay may result in your child’s place being withdrawn and offered to someone on the waiting list.

6. Emergency Circumstances
We aim to be understanding in genuine emergency situations.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to support you fairly.

7. LAMDA Lessons and School Commitments
If a school event (e.g., trip, production, sports day) clashes with a scheduled LAMDA lesson, Rosie will contact the school to arrange an alternative lesson where possible.
Please inform us of any known school conflicts in advance to help us plan accordingly.
Missed LAMDA lessons due to school events may be rescheduled at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
